Wills & Estates team draft in wealth of experience

This week saw the start of new chapters in the careers of Deborah Beal and David Emery-Jones starting at Thursfields.  Both Deborah and David have joined us from local Black Country firms and before that David worked for a large city firm.

Deborah will be based in the Kidderminster office and specialises in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of Estates, Court of Protection applications and the creation of Trusts as well as advising on tax planning.  When asked about this latest chapter in her career Deborah said:

“I am very pleased to have joined such a long established practice as Thursfields, at such an exciting time for the firm.  I look forward to progressing my career with such a well known local firm.”

David, who joins our Worcester office, will be offering clients a comprehensive suite of Private Client services and said about joining Thursfields:

The addition of Deborah and David brings with it over 20 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to an already talented team and will allow the department to continue to give top class advice on a range of issues from writing Wills to Inheritance Tax planning to Estate Administration and Trusts and everything in between.
