Your employer should follow a fair and proper procedure during any disciplinary process for conduct, capability, redundancy, ill-health or some other substantial reason dismissals.

If you have less than two years service it may still be possible to bring a claim if it is in relation to discrimination (including sex, race, disability or age) or whistleblowing.

If you feel that you have been unfairly dismissed, Thursfields’ specialist employment team can review your documents and provide you with a detailed assessment of your potential claim for a fixed fee.

We can guide you through the claim process at each stage.
