We work closely with your team ensuring that where it is not possible to settle matters outside of court, the proceedings are handles swiftly and effectively, with minimal cost.
We can provide a fixed-fee retainer service to support you tailored to your needs for some areas, and operate on a fixed-fee basis for others. As a guide, we undertake the following services:
- Fixed-fee service charge and ground rent bulk debt recovery, with costs in most cases recovered from the defaulting lessee or the general service charge fund;
- Representation by us or counsel at court or tribunal proceedings; and,
- We pay for disbursements and recover them from the lessee or the general service charge fund in most straightforward cases.
