General Data Protection Regulations

We store your data in both electronic form on our computer systems and sometimes by way of paper records. We will not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes of determining the suitability of a particular candidate for a role.

Following a recruitment exercise, unsuccessful candidates’ information will be securely and confidentially destroyed after 6 months. For applications received via recruitment agencies, a record of the candidate’s name, position applied for and agency contact will be retained on file for 12 months in order to comply with the terms and conditions of recruitment agencies.

In the case of speculative applications, if no suitable vacancies are available, the CV/application form will be deleted and the candidate or recruitment consultant will be notified.
