Thursfields shortlisted for High Growth Business of the Year

Thursfields has been named as a finalist in the High Growth Business of the Year category at the upcoming Black Country Chamber of Commerce Awards 2017.

Managing director Nick O’Hara said: “We are delighted to be short-listed for another prestigious accolade. We have the entrepreneurial passion of a start-up business which when combined with the quality reputation of our long-established practice is proving a winning formula. Striving to deliver excellence in our service is key to what we do, and it is nice to gain recognition for all the commitment, dedication and hard-work of staff.

Last year, we established a new Charities/Not for Profit specialism and following on from the success of that, we have recruited Sarah Denney-Richards to establish a new Agricultural Division in response to client demands for key sector expertise.

At the Worcestershire Law Society Awards in April, Aimee Williams won the Office Manager Award, and in May at the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards, Lauren Hartigan-Pritchard won in the Legal Category.

Then, in June, came the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Professional Services Award win, and now we are looking forward to the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Awards. These are very significant achievements for our firm.”

Black Country winners will be announced at the Chamber Awards Dinner on Friday 17 November at Wolverhampton Racecourse.
