Thursfields praised for ‘excellent customer service’ in Signature Awards

The Black Country staff at Thursfields Solicitors has been praised for their “excellent customer service” after receiving a prestigious accolade in the latest Signature Awards.

The awards, which highlight businesses and individuals which have excelled across the West Midlands, were presented after a black-tie dinner at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.

An audience of more than 550 people saw Pam Deol, a Senior Associate Solicitor in Thursfields’ Halesowen office, accepting a ‘highly commended’ award in the Excellence in Legal Services – Organisation category, sponsored by East End Foods.

Ninder Johal, Chief Executive of the Nacheral events group which organise the Signature Awards, said: “In the Black Country we have some world class professional services – and Thursfields is one such example.

I’m pleased that the judges recognised the excellence of Thursfields and in particular the considerable achievements of Pam Deol in ensuring that the firm remains committed to excellence customer service and continues to serve its local community.”

Mr Johal, who became a Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands earlier this month, added: “My congratulations to Thursfields and Pam Deol for their considerable success to date and I wish them continued success going forward.”

Thursfields’ accolade at the Signature Awards comes after the company won the ‘Family Law Firm of the Year’ award for the whole of the Midlands region at the national Family Law Awards in 2018.

Pam Deol said: “We were thrilled to have been recognised at the Signature Awards, an honour I’m proud to share with all my colleagues not only in Thursfields’ Halesowen office but in all our eight offices across the West Midlands.

Our consistent growth of 20% over the last five years has been achieved by creating a strategic plan focusing not only on recruiting the best lawyers but also on providing excellent client service.

Thursfields’ product range and services differ from competitors as we value differences across the business and work together as one team, striving for excellence in our daily activities by being professional and creative with an ambition to grow.”

Pam added: “The comments made by Mr Johal are really appreciated – it’s great that he has taken the time to understand how committed we are to serving businesses and the wider community in the Black Country.

We are solicitors for small and large businesses, as well as individuals in our community, and whoever we serve it’s our clients who matter most – and that’s the case across all Thursfields’ offices.”
