Thursfields offers free employment consultations in return for survey

Businesses keen to build more flexibility into their workforce and working practices in response to changing economic conditions are being offered a free employment law consultation by Thursfields Solicitors.

Thursfields’ Employment Law Solicitors are offering the free of charge telephone consultation to any company who answers a short online survey.

Helena Morrissey, director of the Employment & HR Law department at Thursfields, said: “Our new ‘Flex-Ability’ questionnaire is aimed at exploring how flexible a business really is and how well-equipped it is to deal with change and uncertainty.

“It will find out whether a company’s contracts and working arrangements are agile enough to enable them to ‘flex’ their workforce in response to changing business needs.

“The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete, and in return each company who takes part will be entitled to a free, no-obligation consultation with one of our skilled employment lawyers.”

Helena added: “Our lawyers will then help companies identify simple steps that they can take to increase the flexibility and agility of their workforce.

“This is a great opportunity for bosses to put their businesses in a stronger position to tackle the economic challenges we are now facing.”

The survey can be taken here https://thursfields.co.uk/flex-ability-questionnaire/, and once completed Thursfields will contact companies to arrange the free consultation.
