Thursfields solicitors welcome Louise Jones as Head of Residential Property. Louise has vast experience in the new build sector which adds to the team’s already long established expertise.

Louise offers advice in all areas of residential property from sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property for first and second time buyers to the more complex property transactions for those seeking to add to their property portfolios.

Having worked in-house for one of the largest UK house-builders for the last 8 years Louise also has substantial experience in all aspects of a new-build transaction, including Help To Buy and Shared Ownership.

In addition Louise has the ability to act for developers in setting up and selling their newly constructed properties, ensuring she maintains her attention to detail whilst taking account of her client’s overall business requirements.
