Thursfields combines offices | Solicitors in Kidderminster and Stourport

Thursfields Solicitors is increasing the strength of its Kidderminster office by relocating five staff from Stourport.

Thursfields has operated an office in Stourport for the last 50 years, most recently based at The Old Inspectors House on York Street, but it is now moving this resource into Kidderminster.

As of the 12th November the team from Stourport will join their colleagues just four miles away in the larger offices at 14 Church Street in Kidderminster, where staff numbers will now total 48.

Nick O’Hara, Managing Director at Thursfields, said: “We have a strong team serving clients in North Worcestershire and have decided they are best working from a combined office in Kidderminster.

We’ve enjoyed our time in Stourport, but with Kidderminster only being four miles away and with the modern communications we now have, there is simply no need to be in both locations.

Kidderminster was the obvious place to consolidate our presence as there was space to expand there, and this move is part of our plan to continue growing our success across the region.”

Nick added: “We have experienced a consistent growth of 20% over the last five years, and this is down to a strategic plan that focused on recruiting the best lawyers, providing excellent client services and making sure our offices best match our geography.

The newly expanded Kidderminster office will now become a strengthened hub for North Worcestershire, which has always been one of our heartlands.”

Thursfields staff has recently grown to a total of more than 150 staff, with offices in Worcester, Kidderminster, Halesowen, Sedgley, Solihull and Birmingham.
