Thursfields Solicitors’ corporate team has advised Leamington-Spa based Bowdraper Ltd on the acquisition of Orion Cleaning Company Ltd.
Bowdraper has grown to become one of the Midlands’ premier contract cleaning companies with over 40 years of professional cleaning expertise.
Based in Sutton Coldfield, Orion has provided a wide range of cleaning services across the Midlands for over 25 years.
Led by Tim Edwards, a Corporate Senior Associate, the Thursfields team advised on the corporate, employment and commercial property aspects of the transaction which was for an undisclosed sum.
