Pam was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and undertakes a wide variety of contested probate matters, Will disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 Claims by cohabitees, children and dependants of the deceased. She is experienced in both the Chancery and Contentious trusts and probate work. Pam is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Pam has a wealth of knowledge and experience in contentious probate disputes and also deals with breach of trust issues, advising trustees on their position and removal of trustees/executors.
Pam is involved in proprietary estoppel cases and deals with constructive trust claims between cohabitees or in relation to contested estates.
Pam has been able to secure work from some of the larger estates in Worcester and Birmingham and her growing practice in this area continues to flourish. Pam has a broad range of dispute resolution experience for more than 20 years including property disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence claims. She has settled matters by way of negotiations and mediation.
Pam feels personal satisfaction from achieving successful results for her clients. She sees her role as supporting and directing clients through the legal process. Her approach is to understand her client’s legal position, their circumstances and give them practical, cost effective advice on crucial decisions.
Pam is also a Notary Public. Pam is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi Languages.
