About Kim
Despite achieving a degree in English Language and Linguistics, Kim has worked as a corporate legal assistant for 7 years. After taking an interest in law, she has developed her knowledge and experience having worked for numerous Partners with expertise in several practices including healthcare, EMI schemes and banking and finance.
She is experienced in company secretarial work having managed company filings and statutory books. She is competent with corporate documents and also has an interest in AML and compliance.
Kim assists Thursfields’ corporate team who have seen great success and growth in recent years, being named in the Experian Top 10 Mergers & Acquisitions specialists in the Midlands as well as achieving great results in the Legal 500.
