Katherine Hall

Katherine qualified as a lawyer in the US in 2008 and was admitted as a UK solicitor in 2015.

Katherine practises commercial property law and has enjoyed working with clients, both locally and nationally, assisting with a wide range of matters for businesses.

Her experience includes acting for client’s obtaining new business premises, negotiating and agreeing renewal terms for existing business premises, advising on pub leases, and assisting clients with agreements for leases where premises require fitting out works. She has assisted clients with bridging finance, remortgages, option agreements, and conditional contracts for sales and purchases.
