About Katherine

Katherine qualified as a solicitor in 2009 with a well respected regional law firm. Prior to joining Thursfields Katherine spent a number of years working in-house for a large national charity based in London where she managed a team of legal professionals and provided specialist advice and support on complex probate issues and contested legacy disputes.

Katherine has experience of advising and assisting both individuals and charities regarding the full range of legacy disputes and probate claims, as well as claims for professional negligence on behalf of disappointed beneficiaries. Her practice also extends to providing charities with advice and guidance regarding their legal obligations and duties as part of the broader legacy administration process, to include ex gratia requests and liaising with the Charity Commission.
