About Helena
Helena qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having originally graduated in music and having spent several years working for BBC Radio 3 as a researcher and producer.
She advises on the whole spectrum of employment law issues, from day to day HR matters such as managing disciplinary, performance and absence issues, to conducting complex Employment Tribunal claims and advising on strategic and practical issues connected with large-scale multi-site restructures, redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers. She also deals with the wide range of employment issues arising from corporate transactions.
In addition, she devises and delivers training on a wide range of topics, including diversity & inclusion, flexible working and mental health in the workplace.
