What clients have to say about Fiona

Fiona acted for me in the recent sale of our company and the service I received was first rate. The deal was concluded in a very short timeframe, and Fiona went above and beyond in ensuring deadlines were met. The advice I received was well considered and it is clear Fiona has a wealth of experience to fall back on, highlighting and dealing with potential issues before they have even arisen. I will ensure Fiona is a key part of my team on the formation of my next business venture.

Ed Forrester (formerly of E&L Enterprises Ltd)

Fiona acted for my Company as the Corporate Lawyer leading the sale of a division of my business. The transaction was complex for a number of reasons. Firstly we needed to undertake a complex demerger. Secondly the buyer was a Japanese company that had never previously made an acquisition and so appointed both a top London legal firm (Ashursts) and top accountants (Grant Thornton) to represent them. The deal completed on the 14th January 2019 in London at Ashursts. All was so well organised and everything went without a hitch. The Japanese lawyers even praised Fiona’s work completely unsolicited, and unusual for an opposition lawyer. Personally I found Fiona both efficient and thorough. Her breadth of knowledge was also very impressive. I will be using Fiona again on our next deal which we hope is imminent.
