Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 following the completion of her training contract at a City of London firm based in Lincoln’s Inn, London. She has continued her career working in highly reputable legal firms and as a result, Emma has a wealth of experience and is able to assist employers and employees with a wide range of employment and HR issues.
In particular, Emma can assist clients with the following:
Running and successfully dealing with tribunal litigation and procedure;
Advising in relation to discrimination matters including all protected characteristics;
Assisting with dismissals, unfair dismissals and grievances, such as drafting and responding to grievance letters;
Guiding employers and employees through disciplinary procedures;
Drafting and providing advice with regard to settlement agreements; and
Guiding both employees and employers through redundancies/reorganisations.
Emma is also able to provide strategic advice to employers and provide training to businesses and our HR clients.
