About Abi
Abi is a solicitor specialising in Family Law.
She completed her law degree at Aston University and passed the Bar Professional Training Course, being called to the bar at Lincoln’s Inn as a barrister of England and Wales in July 2019.
Abi cross qualified as a solicitor, completing a training contract with Thursfields specialising in Family Law, working alongside Shane Miller, Head of the Family Department on high net worth financial matters and complex children matters.
Abi has experience in all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial and children matters. As well as relationship breakdown Abi also advises client’s on cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. After completing training within our Court of Protection department Abi has a particular interest in advising upon divorce and financial matters where one party lacks capacity.
