Senior Associate Tim Edwards joins the Corporate & Commercial Team
Thursfields has appointed a new Senior Associate to its Corporate and Commercial Team as it continues to strengthen its commercial services offering.
Tim Edwards has joined the firm’s rapidly expanding team from The Wilkes Partnership LLP, Birmingham, bringing with him extensive experience and expertise in many aspects of mainstream corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.
Tim has almost a decade of experience working in Birmingham and Solihull, dealing with a broad spectrum of clients including individuals, owner-managed and family run companies, and larger UK and international corporations. He will be working closely with the practice’s existing corporate and commercial team, to help deliver a wide range of services to the firm’s broad UK and international client base.

Thursfields, which now has an office base in central Birmingham, has been shortlisted for a Birmingham Law Society Award of Law Firm of the Year (5 – 15 partners) and the award winners will be announced on April 21st at the ICC in Birmingham.
