About Stewart
Stewart is a Director in Thursfields’ Commercial Real Estate department. Stewart qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has built up a loyal client base and network of professional contacts throughout Birmingham and the Black Country.
Stewart deals with a broad range of property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, Landlord and Tenant work and secured lending. He has extensive experience of working with businesses in the manufacturing sector, whilst also acting for a number of clients in the leisure and healthcare sectors, with a particular focus on hotels and care homes. In addition, Stewart has a strong reputation for his specialist expertise in dealing with property transactions involving pension schemes, regularly acting on behalf of SIPPs and SSASs on the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial premises.
