Sharon Oakley joined Thursfields in 2018, having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007. Sharon has been advising clients for nearly 20 years.
Sharon advises on all areas of Private Client Law, administration of estates involving complex estate matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Sharon has acted as a professional trustee, attorney and deputy for a number of clients. She is a member of the Private Client Section and a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner.
Sharon is also a Dementia Friend and is a regular speaker for Alzhemier’s Society. Sharon’s workload is generally allocated as 45% estate administration, 35% deputy/attorney matters including administering the financial affairs of the incapaciated person and 20% preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, to include the registration of both Lasting Powers and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and friends and most weekends can be found in Wales, enjoying coastal walks led by her dog Scout.
