About Patricia

Patricia was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 having previously qualified as a Legal Executive in 2005. Patricia has worked in the legal profession in the Black Country and Worcester for 30 years and joined Thursfields Halesowen Office in April 2018.

Expertise

Patricia advises on all areas of Private Client Law, administration of estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection matters.

Patricia deals with complex estate administration involving inheritance tax issues. She is also one of the Office of the Public Guardian Panel Deputies appointed by the Court of Protection to deal with individuals financial affairs.

Patricia’s workload is distributed between 35% Probate, 35% Court of Protection Administration, 10% Lasting Powers of Attorney, 10% Will preparation and 5% Trusts administration.

Interests

Patricia enjoys going to musical theatre. She also enjoys baking cakes for family special occasions and attending classes to learn new baking techniques.
