I approached Lorna, after a recommendation from a friend, feeling fairly vulnerable and unsure of what I was doing and what the potential outcome may be. Instantaneously Lorna made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole situation and remained nothing but friendly and approachable, yet very professional throughout.
