About Kelly

Kelly began her legal career at Thursfields in 2006 before leaving to gain further experience at a National Probate Service Provider. Kelly returned to Thursfields in 2014 after having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013 and then further qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Expertise

Kelly has over 9 years of experience dealing with all aspects of probate work. Kelly specialises in dealing with complex, high value estates and has extensive experience of dealing with intestacies. Kelly deals with approximately 43% of Probate matters, 31% Wills and 26% LPAs/EPA registrations/On-going LPA/EPA management matters. Kelly also advises clients with relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.

Interests

Kelly is a member of the Private Client Section and Associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly. Kelly is also a Dementia Friend.
