Jasvir is a committed professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated in residential conveyancing, having worked within this area for almost 15 years. She is an organised individual that prides herself on her attention to detail. Jasvir joined Thursfields in September 2017 after returning to work last year following a career break to raise her young family, and is based at the Sedgley office.
Jasvir’s remit includes all types of residential property transactions from sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold property to Transfer of Equity, Assents and Remortgages. She has acted for individuals, couples, executors, families and those buying/selling through a Limited Company and can advise on protecting unequal contributions between purchasers by way of suitable Declaration of Trust options. Jasvir also deals with Auction sales and purchases and has personal experience and knowledge of property development. Jasvir is an approachable individual and is able to help her clients with ease and efficiency through the often stressful process of conveyancing.
Jasvir likes watching most sports; especially football, rugby and snooker and has a keen interest in promoting women’s football. She has previously acted as Treasurer for Sporting Khalsa WFC U14’s (her daughters team). Jasvir was one of the founding committee members of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Inspirational Women’ set up in 2001 and still provides mentoring support to a number of beneficiaries. Jasvir is an assiduous cook and enjoys gardening when time permits.
