Jade has over ten years’ experience in advising and representing clients in contentious and non-contentious employment matters including: negotiating high value complex termination agreements, drafting employment policies, procedures and contracts of employment; training HR personnel and Managers and conducting seminars; advising on all types of discrimination disputes and advising on employee relations law and practice.
Jade has worked with both employees and on behalf of private and public sector clients, including; Manufacturing Companies, NHS Trusts, Independent Schools, Colleges, Nurseries and Academies. Jade has particular expertise in advising on senior management terminations acting for both employer and employee.
An impressive public speaker, Jade is regularly invited to speak at HR forums and conferences, including being the plenary speaker at The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals Annual General Conference and Expedition for the past two years.

In her spare time Jade enjoys singing, walking, teaching children and adults in Sunday school and spin classes at her local gym.
