About Fiona
Fiona joined Thursfields from George Green LLP having previously been a partner in a leading North Staffordshire law firm, KJD, and partner and department head of the corporate and commercial law department at a leading Derbyshire firm, Smith Partnership. Fiona was admitted as a solicitor in October 1990.
Fiona specialises in company law and corporate finance transactions, enjoying the opportunity to be at the coal face of business services. Fiona works with a wide range of businesses providing advice and support with day to day and “one off” company law, transactional and financing matters.
Fiona works closely alongside business owners and senior management on structure and funding issues, shareholder and partner relationships, the planning and executing of sales and purchases of companies and business assets, business funding and re-organisations.
Fiona will work with you to achieve business growth or complete your exit or acquisition strategies, using her years of experience and pragmatic approach to smooth the path to your desired end result.
