Emma has over 10 years experience dealing with property matters. Emma joined Thursfields in April 2015 from Worcestershire County Council’s Legal Services where she had worked since 2007 advising the Council’s Property, Education and other departments on a wide range of matters including leases/licences, sales/purchases, section 106 agreements, joint use agreements and easements.
Since joining Thursfields, Emma has established her reputation in the local market, acting for individuals and companies in the sale and acquisition of commercial premises as well as landlord and tenant work.
Emma regularly undertakes work acting for SIPPs on a wide variety of transactions. Emma has acted for charities, sports and social clubs and community trusts, in the acquisition of sites for development of community buildings and has increased her corporate support work advising on the property aspects of the sale and acquisition of pubs.
Much of Emma’s spare time is spent with her 2 young children. She enjoys keeping fit, with mountain biking being her main hobby.
