Amanda qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Thursfields in 2007.
Amanda advises clients in respect of their wills and lifetime estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and acts in the administration of estates. She is a trained Dementia Champion.
Amanda enjoys giving training and writing articles about the importance of wills and estate planning in an accessible way. Amanda’s case load is approximately 50% wills and estate planning, 25% Lasting Powers of Attorney and 25% Estate Administration (probate).
Amanda became a solicitor so she could use her knowledge to meet her clients’ aims, at home she applies the same logic in the kitchen to keep her family surrounded with a wide variety of baked goods!
Friendly and efficient firm of solicitors whose expertise in identifying clients needs is obvious. Professional in approach and excellent level of service.
Amanda was very helpful and reassuring. I have found this company to be thoroughly dependable, friendly, helpful in all our 40 odd years of dealing with Amanda, Michelle and Richard Watkins.

My Will was completed with the minimum of fuss and to a high standard. I was impressed by Amanda's speedy and efficient service and that of her secretarial support. Thank you.

Amanda was very caring in a professional manner. A home visit was required and was no problem to arrange. Would recommend to others looking for a clear and supportive solicitor who take their time to listen to the client's needs.
