Child
Arrangements

You will be given tailored advice which will help you deal with your issues in a sensitive manner. You will be guided through the process and necessary procedure as well as being offered practical advice. We also work with a number of other professionals who can offer assistance which can sometimes help families.

Bespoke and tailored advice will be provided to you about your matter and the options which you have and how to deal with them. We always provide advice by way of a face to face meeting and confirmation in writing of the advice provided.

You will be allocated an expert in the field that you require advice on and will have direct access to them. We will be able to guide you through the process and a step by step guide of what this process may mean for your case.

Our team is also capable of successfully removing opponents from the former matrimonial home and moving to safe guard any assets.

We deal with recommended and accredited professionals who deal with children when extra help may be needed.

All of our family law solicitors are members of Resolution, which is the largest organisation for family justice professionals in England and Wales.

They are committed to Resolution’s Code of Practice, which promotes a constructive and non-confrontational approach to resolving family issues that considers the needs of the whole family.

Wills, Trusts, Appointment of Guardians

Upon separation it is crucial that a Will is made so that should there be any issue between the parents of the child then your wishes and feelings about who should look after them should anything happen to you can be taken into account. Sometimes placing property and other assets in trust can also be relevant.

Wills and Lifetime Planning

Your work and understanding has been most welcome over this trying period and of the many sharks that are in the legal waters, I am glad to have dealt with you guys. I wish you all well and hope you know how much fun and enjoyment my daughter and I now are experiencing.
