Services

Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

We provide a personal service from an experienced personal injury solicitor who you will have direct contact with and who will fight to obtain the compensation you deserve.

We will provide a free initial consultation to assess your case and advise whether you have a case and on options for funding, including conditional fee ‘no win no fee’ agreements (in appropriate cases), so you do not have to worry about costs. We understand that making a claim after an accident or medical error can be stressful. We will handle your claim sensitively and make the process as stress free as possible. We aim to progress your claim as quickly as possible depending on your injuries and recovery and advise you fully throughout.

We will also advise on time limits. Depending on your circumstances, you generally have 3 years from when your injury occurred, or your ‘date of knowledge’ that you had sustained an injury or disability (if later), to pursue your claim.

Our services include:
Road Traffic Accidents
Accidents at Work/Industrial Disease
Tripping and Slipping or Public Liability Claims
Clinical Negligence
Dog Bite Claims
Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims
