Corporate and Commercial Disputes

We have considerable experience in dealing with business disputes, and that enables us to take into account the commercial considerations of a dispute as well as the legal.

We are keen to learn about the client’s business and the client’s approach to the commercial aspects of business ownership so that we can assist in the way that our clients want, in line with their own approach to risk management. We can use alternative methods of resolution as well as litigation to solve disputes in a cost effective way, and can offer expert advice and representations on a range of remedies including injunctions.

We assist with all business disputes, routine or otherwise, approaching the problem from the point of view of the business owner. We deal with partnership and shareholder disputes, warranty claims, financial and banking problems and enforcement of contracts, terms and conditions and restrictive covenants. We can also advise the client on Intellectual Property problems and Franchising Disputes. We strive to achieve the client’s objectives with a cost effective outcome.
