Corporate team supports PCMS with key acquisition

Practice Care Maintenance Services Limited (PCMS) provides market leading intelligent maintenance and condition monitoring solutions. Established in 2003, PCMS has grown rapidly and is now one of the UK’s most respected players in its field, boasting a host of national and international clients, including Sellafield Nuclear Plant, British Gypsum, Network Rail and Joy Global.

For its latest acquisition, PCMS turned to Thursfields’ corporate and employment teams for advice. Led by corporate director, Gareth Burge, the Thursfields team advised PCMS on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of VCI Limited for an undisclosed sum. UK based VCI provides monitoring and condition assessment services for all classes of mechanical and electrical plants at sea, offshore and on land world wide.
