Acting for Seller
We review Heads of Terms and property title details; draft the sale contract and negotiate with the purchaser’s solicitor to agree the contract and transfer deed. We obtain from you and review your replies to Commercial Property Standard Enquiries (CPSE’s) and deal with any enquiries raised. On completion, we correspond with your lender to redeem any mortgage on the property.
Acting for Purchaser
We will review and advise on the seller’s title, all commercial searches and all commercial property legal enquiries raised. We will negotiate with the seller’s solicitor to agree the contract and transfer deed. We will also submit a Stand Duty Land Tax return on your behalf and undertake registrations at Companies House and Land Registry.
