Thursfields Helps Welcome Yakinori to Solihull | Commercial property law

On Wednesday 11 March Yakinori opened the doors of it’s latest restaurant, a new 3,000 sq ft premises at Touchwood Solihull.  The restaurant, offering a fresh and innovative approach to Japanese food is a very welcome addition to Touchwood’s cuisine, and has completely transformed the former Drucker’s premises with its new, vibrant and colourful offering.

The Solihull restaurant joins the expanding Yakinori brand which also includes premises in Grand Central Birmingham, Selly Oak and central Bristol.  The business remains a very hands on affair for the owner and founder, Ali Karakaya, an expert in Japanese food, who prides the Yakinori experience on providing the very best that Japanese food has to offer alongside a great customer experience.  Whilst the Solihull restaurant helps cement the base in the West Midlands the plan is to expand the chain nationwide.

Thursfields Solihull office advised Yakinori on the Touchwood restaurant, head of the Solihull Office, Director Robert Pettigrew commented, “we were delighted to work with Ali on this latest venture for Yakinori. Yakinori is open Sunday to Thursday 11.00am to 10.30 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 11.00am – 10.30pm.  The restaurant offers both dine in and take away services and is also available on deliveroo.
