Work Placements

Our Work Placement scheme is organised by our Junior Lawyer Committee – colleagues with the most recent experience of trying to break into the legal profession. Our Work placement is a fast paced week long experience that gives a true feel of life in a regional law firm. We are keen to use our Placement Scheme to reach out to those who don’t necessarily have family connections or contacts into a law firm and in line with our Equality & Diversity strategy, this year we particularly welcome applicants from BAME backgrounds.

Training Contracts

Each year we recruit a cohort of trainee solicitor who are seeking quality legal training in a regional law firm. We recognise they also bring fresh eyes to our business and we are keen to hear their ideas and perspective.
