Thursfields grows its Employment Team
Thursfields Solicitors strengthens its Employment Team with the appointments of two new lawyers
Leading West Midlands and Worcestershire-based law firm, Thursfields who have offices in Worcester, Kidderminster and Stourport have strengthened their Employment Team with the appointments of Sarah Everton and Yvonne Lewis.
Sarah Everton joined Thursfields in May 2009. She is an experienced employment law solicitor having previously practiced law in the Isle of Wight where she qualified and more recently, at PCB Solicitors in Shropshire where she specialised in both employment and civil litigation work. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Sarah studied Philosophy at the University of York and then took her Common Professional Exam at the University of Worcester and then her Legal Practice Course at the University of Central England.
Yvonne Lewis studied law at Swansea University and then went on to gain a distinction in her Legal Practice qualification at the College of Law, Birmingham, started her training with Thursfields in 2006. Yvonne initially worked in the Commercial Litigation Team at Thursfields but will now go on to specialise in all areas of Employment Law.
Both Saran and Yvonne will be working alongside Michelle Chamberlain who heads up Thursfields’ Employment Team. Michelle joined the firm in 2006 to set up a dedicated employment law service for the Firm and will continue to develop the Firm’s expertise in this area.
